VI Helpers was started to help businesses perform more efficiently in the office. We know it’s not easy to always stay organized without properly trained and efficient help.
Having run our own business we understand that being in charge can be lonely and stressful so we decided to provide a service for companies that we would have liked – a reliable, flexible and affordable service. For a fraction of the cost of a new employee you can have your own qualified, dedicated part-time bookkeeper for a fixed fee. We work on a flexible basis to suit you; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or as required.

Our mission is to provide a personal service to small and medium sized businesses that need access to business services such as bookkeeping, record keeping and office help. We can do fully managed or simply complement your accountancy service. We rely on efficient and secure systems to provide our services. We try to never forget that each business has its own uniqueness and our service must be tailored to each business for mutual success.
